Development unveiled the Book “Building Generational Wealth, Leveraging
Mineral Commodities” written by Michael Akueche the Convener, Africa
Commodities Conference and Exhibitions (ACCE) at the Inaugural Event
held at Transcorp Hilton Hotel on 21st May, 2025.

Conference Objectives 

1. To sensitize the local government chairmen, Traditional Rulers, President
Generals, Community Leaders and Representatives, Artisanal Miners and Small
and Medium Scale Miners on the 7 Point Agenda of the Ministry of Solid Minerals
Development and how to complement the Efforts of the Ministry in achieving these
set Agenda.
2. To sensitize them on the funding interventionist opportunities and how to
organize themselves to exploit opportunities
3. Sensitize the above mentioned category of stakeholders on the security
challenges and the role of the Mines Surveillance Taskforce and Mine Police in
curbing insecurity in the mining sites
4. Sensitize them on how to pull their strength, resources and expertise together to
maximize opportunities in the Solid Minerals Sector
